This is the 2nd year the “About Face!” Program has been at Kenmore Middle School. Kenmore Middle School is located in Prince George’s County , Maryland . This year’s staff consisted of site coordinator Sfc. Gloria Harris and two facilitators, Miss Sherise Mealey and Mrs. Shirley Rice.
This year’s program served 40 students and went on 1 field trip. The field trip was to the Inner Harbor for a cruise aboard the Bay Lady with About Face students from the Northwest Middle School and afterwards the students went shopping for souvenirs inside the pavilions .
Kenmore Middle School “About Face “ students recently participated in Career Day this was a huge success because Students in the About Face Program as well as the entire school were able to experience the fatal vision goggles which give you the actual effect of being under the influence of drugs and alcohol. They have worked hard in academics and are well deserving of the graduation and summer camps soon to come.
